ICFs are made from two 2.5-inch thick EPS form panels with embedded high density webs connecting them. The webs provide structure during construction and attachment points for sheetrock, brick ties, cabinets, shelving and other interior or exterior finishes. The blocks are stacked in the shape of your outer walls of your home. Once stacked and lined with rebar, they are filled with concrete. The foam stays in place to provide insulation. Benefits for using ICFs are energy savings, quiet, 10x stronger than wood, better air quality, environmental friendly and greater fire protection.

Our team at Ed Rohl Construction is prepared to discuss if ICFs are a good option for your next building project.

To Ed Rohl and his construction professionals,

Having a home that was constructed in the early 1970s, I came into this year hoping to afford some upgrades. After a good first quarter in the car business I was able to consider a rather large project.

I contacted Ed Rohl Construction and put my trust in his company. I didn’t ask Ed to compete for the bid, I just asked him to be fair. Ed was prompt in making the initial visit to my home and timely in preparing the quote. Communication was perfect and the work came in on budget. The extras were those that I requested.

I elected to go with siding, soffit and facia installation, new gutters, insulation, and a repair job on an old cedar chimney. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work and the selection of the materials. The construction crew was respectful of my property and made it look nice and neat every night at the conclusion of their work day.

I would highly recommend Ed Rohl Construction to my family and friends. If you have a project in mind contact Ed Rohl. He and his staff will deliver the results you’re after.
